This model comes with a flat, small ratchet head (32mm.  This “closed head” design with 2 grease nipples makes greasing the complete ratchet head assembly very easy for you. It also helps keep dirt off the ratchet mechanism for long periods.  Reaches areas where others have difficulties with flat head design.
